QUOTATION

All estimates and quotes are based on our understanding of your requirement. Any changes to the requirement may incur additional time and cost accordingly. 

WEB DEVELOPMENT FEE

A 50% deposit of the total project fee is due immediately upon you accepting our quotation and instructing us to proceed with the work.

We reserve the right not to commence any work until we have received the deposit in full. The deposit is not refundable if the development work has been started.

The remaining 50% of the project fee is due within 14 days when the website has been published to the Internet. 

Failure to make the payment by its due date may cause removal of your website. Removal of your website does not relieve your obligation to pay any outstanding fees. We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any damages caused by such removal. 

WEB HOSTING FEE

The first year’s web hosting fee is due within 14 days when your website has been published to the Internet. The following annual web hosting fee is due 14 days before the annual renew date. 

Failure to make the payment by its due date will result in termination of your web hosting service and removal of your website. We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any damages caused by such termination of your service or removal of your website.

SEARCH ENGINE SUBMISSION AND OPTIMISATION

We do not guarantee your website will be indexed by a search engine, or any specific position in search engine results. 

STOP SERVICES

WE RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO REFUSE OR CEASE PROVIDING SERVICES TO YOU AT ANY TIME, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. 

LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAGIC HILLS PTY LTD BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OUR SERVICE, EVEN IF MAGIC HILLS PTY LTD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ALL LEGAL ISSUE SHOULD BE JUDGED BY THE COURT INDICATED BY MAGIC HILLS PTY LTD.
